Cookie Ice Cream Sandwiches
any homemade cookie of any cookie
vanilla ice cream

Place a large scoop of ice cream between two large cookies. Serve. You can roll the exposed ice cream "edges" in sprinkles, toffee bits, or mini chocolate chips. . . Suggested cookies that work well: snickerdoodles, chewy ginger or chocolate chip.



Deep Dish Fazookie Cookies
An amazing treat for a bunch of friends you really want to impress!  It's kind of like a FAZOOKIE but without the skillet.

1 batch chocolate chip cookie dough
vanilla ice cream
hot fudge sauce
caramel sauce
buzzy whip cream

Place a 2 inch layer of dough in individual baking ramekin. Bake until cookies are set (about 10 -15 minutes). serve with ramekins on a plate (since they will be hot), topped with ice cream, hot fudge, caramel and whipped cream!



Cheesecake Shakes
Drinkable cheesecake! Now that's what I'm talking about!

2 scoops vanilla ice cream
4 tablespoons milk
1  slice cheesecake

Place ice cream, milk and cheesecake in blender. Blend well and serve in tall glass. Can top with whip cream of strawberry/raspberry if you want!



Full Moon (Pie) Sundaes
You can use chocolate, vanilla or banana moon pies. . .

moon pies
vanilla ice cream
hot fudge
whipped cream

Heat hot fudge. For each sundae layer some hot fudge, ice cream, a moon pie torn into pieces, more ice cream, hot fudge then whipped cream.
