Fruit Dips

Bit of Lime Fruit Dip
1 8 oz. block cream cheese, softened
1 7 oz. jar marshmallow creme
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 teaspoon lime zest
1 dash ginger

Mix all ingredients together until smooth.

Creamy Fruit Dip
1  8 oz. block cream cheese, softened
3 tablespoons orange juice concentrate
1  7 oz. jar marshmallow creme

In mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Serve with fresh fruit.



Creme Fraiche
1  cup sour cream
1 cup whipping cream

Mix together; cover with plastic wrap. Let stand at least two hours at room temperature until mixture thickens. Then cover and chill for up to two days. Stir before serving.



Minute Caramel Apple Dip
1  8 oz. block cream cheese, softened
1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

Beat all ingredients until smooth and creamy. Cut up apples and dip.
